The Move Cursor Xtra (for mouselook) fails in Internet Explorer 8 on Windows Vista if User Account Control is enabled. This is what accounts for the camera getting "stuck", and not allowing for full 360 degree turning.

To enable the Move Cursor Xtra under IE8/Vista, you must add the domain for hellstick.com to the "Trusted sites" list in Internet Explorer:

In the "Tools" menu, select "Internet Options":

Select the "Security" tab, then select "Trusted Sites", then click the "Sites" button.
(Make sure "Enabled Protected Mode" is NOT checked for Trusted Sites):

Enter "*.hellstick.com" in the upper field and click the "Add" button.
The "Require server verification..." checkbox should be UN-CHECKED:

Click the "Close" button, then click "OK" to close the Internet Options dialog box.
You must reload the page or restart Internet Explorer for the changes to take affect.
